1. Where is the inventory sourced from? The inventory offered on the platform is Reverse Inventory from Different Sources/ TUL/Udaan 2. What is the condition of the items? The inventory is offered on the basis described in the detailed manifest. 3. Can a buyer pick and choose inventory? The inventory is published in lots and the buyer has to bid on the entire lot with no Pick and choose option available 4. In how many days can a buyer do the payment? The bid winner needs to deposit 100% of the payment within 2 working days from winning the bid 5. What is the location of inventory for pickup? The inventory has to be picked from the listed warehouse in the inventory location section 6. Can the seller cancel lots ? There may be cases when Blubirch or its partners may cancel part or full order. In that case, Blubirch will inform the buyer within 5 working days of payment and entire money will be refunded back to the buyer
