1. Where is the inventory offered from ? The inventory offered on the platform is directly from Amazon partners 2. Is the inventory graded ? The inventory is offered on AS IS basis. Neither Blubirch nor Amazon partner takes any responsibility of condition of items 3. Can a buyer choose items ? The inventory is published in lots and the buyer has to bid on entire lot with no Pick and choose option available 4. Can a buyer do part payments ? The bid winner needs to deposit 100% of the payment within 2 working days from winning the bid 5. Where will the inventory come from ? The inventory will be shipped directly from Amazon warehouses to either Blubirch warehouse nearest to the buyer or to buyer warehouse via Amazon delivery. The inventory may come in different shipments over a period of 2-15 working days at the designated warehouse 7. Can a buyer return damaged items ? Inventory is on As is basis and there will be no claim for damage to the items. If the buyer accepts the delivery, they cannot reject the inventory at later date however he can raise claim for Missing items, Fake and mismatch 8. How will the inventory be shipped ? Inventory will come in packed boxes. If a box is open at the time of delivery, buyer needs to count the items, put remarks on POD or if there is visible damage, they can refuse to accept the delivery 10. What happens if the inventory delivery is delayed ? In case some items are not delivered within 15 days of order date, buyer can reject the remaining items if they arrive late. The money for the delayed lots will be refunded back to the buyer within 3 working days 11. Can there be lot cancellations from Amazon ? There may be cases when Amazon may cancel part or full order. In that case, Blubirch will inform the buyer within 5 working days of payment and entire money will be refunded back to the buyer 12. Is there a specific process to receive the inventory ? Yes, All shipments received by the buyer have to opened under a clear Video recording. At that time the buyer has to show under the camera that items were missing or fake or damaged. If the box is opened without Video recording and Video is taken later where original seal on the box is already tampered, no claims will be expected 13. How will the mismatch claims be handled ? For any mismatch claims, Amazon will verify and process claims as per its internal policies. This may take upto 3 weeks for closure. If approved, The payment will be processed to buyer or a written communication will be shared by amazon why a claim has not been approved.
