Bid Value

Bid value is inclusive of GST however it doesn’t include the logistics cost.


Cancellation

Once a you have won the lot you have to honour the payment. Failure in doing so could result in penalty and/or “blacklisting” on the platform. Amazon (Seller) or Blubirch have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any auctioned lot or part of it for any reason. In the event that an auctioned lot be cancelled, we will notify you by email/phone/SMS/WhatsApp of such cancellation and your payment will be refunded within 24 hours, else it will be available in the Blubirch books of accounts and can be utilised for buying next LOT.


Payment terms and purchase

Once your bid is approved and you are declared the winner of the relevant bid, you would be required to pay advance of the total bid price/value within a period of 24 hours from the time of approval of your bid, failing which the bid shall stand cancelled

You will be required to pay the balance of the amount representing the bid price/value within 24 hours from the time of communication from our side requiring you to pay the remaining amount. In case you do not pay the remaining amount within 7 days from the date of communication for the same from our side, the bid shall stand cancelled and we are not liable to refund any advance and all the advances shall stand forfeited.

Subject to you making the payment of the remaining amount of bid price/value within the above-mentioned 7 day period, in case you do not pick up the goods on the date specified by us to you, you may collect the same only within 7 days from the date of collection specified by us by paying such logistics, warehousing and holding charges as specified by us. In case you fail to pick-up the goods within the above-mentioned 7 day period, then the bid shall stand cancelled and we are not liable to refund any advance and all the advances shall stand forfeited.



Item Condition

Amazon inventory will be in “AS IS” Open Box condition, which means the products may be functionally good with Minor or Major Scratches, Defective or damaged condition. The inventory will be shipped to the buyer in “As-Is” condition.



Shipment

Post payment for the won lot, buyer will receive the invoice and information for inventory pickup. Logistics cost has to be borne by the buyer over and above the bid value.

H&B inventory has to be picked by buyer directly from Amazon warehouse.



Claims

In Amazon there can be broadly six types of claims that can be filed:

  1. Less number of master cartons received as per POD.

  2. Master carton received in open condition

  3. Units inside the box are fake. 

  4. Empty unit box received. 

  5. Mismatch Units received

  6. Units not received (Missing Item)

There is a separate process for raising a claim for each of these six reasons. Any claim must be submitted within three days of receiving the material. Following process must be followed while raising claims:

  1. Less Number of master cartons received :

    1. Identify the AWB of the carton that is missing. In case of multiple cartons that are missing, identify the AWB of each. 

    2. Clearly write on the POD, all the AWBs of the missing cartons and received cartons separately. 

    3. Ensure the transporter signs the POD with the missing AWBs identified

    4. Please take the clear images of POD. 

    5. Share details of missing AWB numbers and images of POD to support@b4traders.com 



  1. Open master carton received:

    1. Receive the box under video camera

    2. Take images of the box

    3. You can choose to reject the open box. In such a case, clearly mention this in POD as “Box rejected due to being in damaged/open condition”. Take the signature of the carrier and image of this signed doc.

    4. If you choose to accept the box, count the units inside the box under camera. For any missing units, follow steps mentioned in point number (6. Units Not Received (missing items)) above. 



  1. Units inside the box are fake

    1. Unbox the master carton under the video camera with AWB number and SLAM label clearly visible.

    2. It should be clearly visible that the box is being opened for the first time with Amazon seal tape clearly visible 

    3. Carefully take out units one by one under camera

    4. Identify fake units and show it very clearly under camera.

    5. Take images of fake products from 6 sides - top, bottom and four sides

    6. Mark the images with missing attributes or additional attributes that indicate that the unit is fake. For example, if the serial number is normally available on the unit but not available on units delivered by Amazon, you must highlight in the image where the serial number is missing. 

    7. Rename the images with ASIN number and LPN number.

    8. Share the unboxing videos along with images with to support@b4traders.com



  1. Empty box inside master carton

    1. Unbox the master carton under video camera with AWB number and SLAM label clearly visible

    2. It should be clearly visible that the box is being opened for the first time with Amazon seal tape clearly visible 

    3. Carefully take out units one by one under camera.

    4. Identify the Empty boxes and show it very clearly under camera.

    5. Take images of empty box from six sides

    6. Rename the images with ASIN number and LPN number.

    7. Share the unboxing videos along with images with to support@b4traders.com



  1. Mismatch units received

    1. Unbox the master carton under video camera with AWB number and SLAM label clearly visible

    2. It should be clearly visible that the box is being opened for the first time with Amazon seal tape clearly visible 

    3. Carefully take out units one by one under camera

    4. Identify mismatched units and show it very clearly under camera.

    5. Take images of mismatched products from 6 sides. 

    6. Note down the name of the product received physically.

    7. Rename the images with ASIN number and LPN number.

    8. Share images, videos and details of actual products received to support@b4traders.com



  1. Product not received (Missing Item)

    1. Unbox the master carton under video camera with AWB number and SLAM label clearly visible

    2. It should be clearly visible that the box is being opened for the first time with Amazon seal tape clearly visible 

    3. Carefully take out units one by one under camera

    4. Share the details of the unit not received along with video to support@b4traders.com 



Please note in all the instances, size of 6 images must not exceed 20 MB and size of video must not exceed 24 MB or Google link for videos. Amazon will verify and process the claims as per its internal policies. This may take up to three weeks for closure. In exceptional cases it can take even longer. Written communication will be shared by Blubirch on the claim decision taken by Amazon. If claim is approved the payment will be processed to buyer.



Claim process for Heavy & Bulky units

Inventory offered through Amazon partners will be on ‘As Is’ basis. H&B inventory has to be picked by buyer directly from Amazon warehouse. Amazon team will load the inventory in the vehicle organized by the Buyer and seal the truck. Buyer should check the seal and take image of the same if it is broken. Buyer can raise claims for missing fake and mismatch items except in case of Air conditioners where no claim will be entertained for mismatch cases of Indoor and outdoor units. 

All shipments received by the buyer have to be unloaded and opened under a clear video recording right from breaking of the Amazon seal put on the truck . At that time the buyer has to show under the camera that items are missing or fake. If the box is opened without video recording and video is taken later where original seal on the box is already tampered then no claims will be entertained. For mismatch items along with the video recording need photograph from all six sides of the mismatch items. Amazon will verify and process the claims as per its internal policies, this may take up to three weeks for closure. In exceptional cases it can take even longer. Written communication will be shared by Blubirch on the claim decision taken by Amazon. If claim is approved the payment will be processed to buyer.

Following points to be ensured while claiming for Heavy and Bulky units. 

    1. Vehicle Open Video – You must open the seal of the vehicle under camera clearly and unload all the units without any cuts in video.

    2. Unboxing Video of Units – Unbox all the units under camera clearly.

    3. Six side photos – Please take images from six sides for mismatch units. Please note different outdoor and Indoor units in an Air conditioner won’t be considered as mismatch and no claims will be entertained for such cases. 

    4. No Claim for damaged units.

Post your submission, we will review the attachments and validate internally. We will reach out to you within two working days if any further details are required. If everything is in order, we will submit your claims to Amazon. Amazon team takes upto 30 days to review the claims and take a decision. If any further information is sought from Amazon’s side, we will reach out to you for the same and your response must be provided within 1 day. Failure to do so can result in rejection of claim. 

Please note, approval or rejection of claims is purely Amazon's decision. However, we always try our best to ensure timely approval of claims. Once claims are approved, you can expect a credit note within 3-5 working days.
